The Portland TrailBlazers are a franchise that, since their inception in 1970, has seen a great deal of talent pass through its doors. Here are some of the most legendary and iconic players in its history.

Bill Walton

Bill Walton is an essential player in the history of the TrailBlazers. He was the pivot of the team that won the franchise’s only NBA championship in 1977. Walton was named Finals MVP that year. His contribution as a versatile player was key to their success.

Clyde Drexler

Drexler is one of the most talented players ever to wear a Blazers jersey. He led the franchise to two NBA Finals appearances. He was named an All-Star 10 times and remained the Portland TrailBlazers’ all-time leading scorer for a long time before being surpassed by Damian Lillard.

Damian Lillard

Damian Lillard, often nicknamed “Dame Time” for his ability to score in hot moments, was the face of the franchise in the second half of the 2010s. Since arriving in Portland in 2012, he has been an All-Star on numerous occasions.

Terry Porter

Cliff Robinson

Cliff Robinson was known for his distinctive headband and multi-faceted game. He was invaluable to the TrailBlazers during the 1990s. He was named All-Star in 1994 and won the championship’s best Sixth Man trophy in 1993.

Arvydas Sabonis
