La Rambla is a lively avenue in the heart of the city, famous for its boutiques, street artists and the Boqueria market. The Barri Gòtic (Gothic Quarter) is a maze of narrow streets full of history, stores, bars and hidden squares. The Poble Espanyol is a village-museum designed for the 1929 International Exhibition, showcasing traditional Spanish architecture. Camp Nou is FC Barcelona’s iconic stadium. A must-see for soccer fans. The Palau de la Música Catalana is an exceptional modernist concert hall, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Mercat de la Boqueria is a lively market where you can find local specialties, fresh fruit, hams and many other delicacies. Montjuïc is a hill with many attractions, including Montjuïc Castle, the National Art Museum of Catalonia and gardens. Finally, El Raval is a vibrant and diverse district, home to the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and a variety of bars and restaurants.
